Nice hotel, for a couple of days. Everything you need is in your room. Nice pool.
The breakfasts are monotonous.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Ms Waiwinya for her help and support.
The furniture and TVs are old and in need of immediate renewal. I think the hotel needs a decent decorator who should carefully choose a range of designs more adequate to the aspirations of the hotel as a stilish urban place, instead of a glamorised 3 stars hotel which is what it looks now with its off the shelf furniture. The swimming pool also feels a bit sad and cheap. The Nahm restaurant, despite its world famous chef, was very disappointing: for the first time in years I could not eat a dish, a vicious fermented fish. The standard bedroom is terrible and small. One could get a far nicer and larger bedroom for half the price in most 3 stars. I recommend to spend the money for a king size bedroom.

The food at Glow was excellent. The servive from the front desk was exceptional. One lady in particular was very helpful to my father who stayed on solo for a number of additional days.
We dined at Nahm on ny eve. I have eaten at dt restaurants before. I was dissappointed at the food - it felt very much like the food had been prepared too much in advance and very 'set menu' like. Far too expensive for that.

Great breakfasts, and amazingly great staff.
Location next to the phrenetic centre of Bangkok, a business area and a taxi. Luxurious suite with rugs.

Fine pool area and free yoga classes.
The room needed serious attention. The floor was dirty and the bed frame was falling apart. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and hardly looked up to engage with us. The location was confusing, especially when we wanted to walk to nearby attractions.

The staff were brilliant. I had a late night flight so the staff gave me a late checkout till 2pm and when I returned to collect my luggage they allowed me to use the spa facilities they have on the 2nd floor to freshen up so had a sauna, jacuzzi and shower, very nice touch. Free wifi in the lobby was nice but the signal not strong, they had a permanent computer in the lobby for guests use. Small breakfast presentations but good quality. Idea to order main breakfast dish from the menu, they should change the muffin on the egg benedict, it was a muffin the size of a fist, too much bread and wasnt even good bread.
Rooms lacked personality, the minimalist concept looking a little tired. Noisy rooms on the 10th floor, I was given a room there and had to change as could not sleep, not traffic but rather machinery noise from the hotel, maybe air con units. Small rectangular windows. Television had bad reception for the channels on offer, not good picture quality. Swimming pool area was also very noisy with workers fixing up an area behind the pool, there was no note of this until you arrived at a very noisy poolside. Strange arrangement to get to the pool but nice pool though!

It is a great hotel. Good value for the price, indeed.
I missed the flight due to the enormous traffic jam at Sathorn Road in the Monday evening. It took 2.5 hours to move for 1.5km. By the time I reach Rama VI road, it was already half an hour from the departure time...

great access to parks and landmarks in the heart of the city
I recently enjoyed my stay with generous room space and great dining options just steps from the hotel. I loved how easy it was to walk to the lush King Rama VI Monument and the iconic Mahanakorn Skywalk.

This was just a balanced option for a short staycation in Bangkok with good value. The huge rooms were perfect for a family, making our stay comfortable. Make sure to check out the nearby open-air bar for great views.

Beautiful property tucked-away in a quiet sidestreet to busy Sathorn Rd. The hotel has excellent service and is a foodie delight, with arguably the best Thai restaurant in town. Rooms are large, light, and well-appointed, and the hotel has a tranquil, restful vibe. Exceptional value for money.
For the tourist on a city visit, not ideal: access to transport is a bit difficult, and nothing interesting is in close walking range (Sathorn is a business address only). The amenities (spa, gym, pool, bar and resto) are fine for the business visitor, but a bit thin for someone wanting to linger longer.

Glow food & menu.
Booking thru the Internet gave me the worst room in the complex. In house cleaning was ok - they did not top up the mini bar after the first evening ....therefore general little things were missed - by the time I checked out I was questioned about mini bar usage .....this was just unacceptable . The spa facilities in need of maintenance , especially in the sauna - discoloration of tiles etc ....poor maintenance . Shower facilities did not look clean as they were years ago ...and general shampoo & shower gel top up was very low...looks like the spa may not be used a lot . Gym very good
